6.通知客戶保險市場上重大之變動或趨勢，並提供客戶市場狀況之實際預測。
7.協助客戶與保險公司協條理賠事宜。
8.服務業務類別，包含公共工程、基礎建設、電力與公用事業，航運業務、航太業務、科技產業、能源暨石化產業、貿易信用服務、一般產業、金融專業服務、台商服務、風險管理等。
