畢業生代表致詞甄選公告

• 目　　的：

公開甄選本校應屆畢業生本國籍學生1人(或組)及外國籍學生1人(或組)，於111學年度畢業典禮(112年6月10日，星期六)代表全體畢業生致詞。

• 報名資格：

• 本校學士班、碩士班及博士班(須依規定提出學位考試申請)之應屆畢業生，未有懲處紀錄。
• 不以1人為限，可多人組隊報名。

• 甄選程序：分初選及決選二階段進行。

• 初選：由主辦單位審查報名資格是否符合，初選通過者另行通知參加決選。
• 決選：

1. 由主辦單位成立甄選小組，成員為畢聯會、學生會與學務處代表等。
2. 採面試方式，請參加決選人員親自上臺演示，每人(組)4分鐘，不以口語表達為限，可以演講、歌唱、舞蹈等方式呈現，評分標準以『感言內容、外表儀態、肢體表情、口條表達』等項目進行評分。
3. 感言內容本國籍學生請以中文表達，外國籍學生可以中文或英文表達。

• 甄選名額：取最優之2人(或組)(本國籍學生1人(或組)、外國籍學生1人(或組)。

• 報名期間：即日起至112年4月25日(星期二)止，逾期不予受理。
• 報名方式：

• 可親自送件或線上來信報名，多人組隊由聯絡人代表送件。

親自送件地點：學務處校園組(行政大樓5樓5008室)

• 報名時請備齊下列資料：

1. 報名表1份。
2. 致詞文案1份（14號標楷體、行距20繕打，字數約為600字，時間約4分鐘）。請於文案中傳達在中山大學的學習經驗與體會。

• 畢業生代表致詞須與主辦單位討論最終表演內容，並參加畢業典禮預演彩排。(彩排時間：6月9日，下午14：00~17：00)
• 甄選內容如有未盡事宜或更動事項，以主辦單位最新公告及通知為主。

The Selection for valedictorian of NSYSU

2023 Academic-Year Graduation Ceremony

1. Purpose: Open selection for one domestic students (or group) and one foreign students (or group) of graduates to give a commencement address on behave of all at the 2023 academic-year graduation ceremony (Saturday, June 10, 2023).
2. Registration qualifications:

1. The graduates of Bachelor, Master, and Doctor (must apply for degree examination in accordance with regulations) without any punishment record.
2. The number of group members is not limited to one, you can make up a team with multiple people to register.

3. The procedure of selection: The procedure contains the primary and final selection.

1. Primary selection:

In this selection, the organizer will check the qualification. Those who pass will be notified to participate in the final selection.

2. Final selection:

1. The organizer will establish a selection committee which contains “Graduation Student Association”, “Student Association”.
2. This selection will go on with interview. All the people who take part in the selection need to perform their talent on the stage. Everyone (or group) has four minutes to perform. You can give a speech, sing, dance or another way to show yourself. The standard of grading is based on” Speech content, Appearance, Body expression, and oral expression”.
3. The content of the speech for domestic students should be expressed in Chinese, while foreign students may choose to express in either Chinese or English.
4. Quota for selection: A maximum of 2 individuals (or groups) will be selected, including 1 domestic student (or group) and 1 foreign student (or group).

4. Registration deadline: Tuesday, April 25, 2023. Overdue will not be accepted
5. Registration method:

1. Registration can be submitted in person or via online email. For group registration, the contact person can submit on behalf of the team.

In-person submission location: Student Life and Career Development Division, Office of Student Affairs (Room 5008, 5th floor of the Administration Building)

Online submission: Please send the relevant documents to lanyi@mail.nsysu.edu.tw.

1. A Registration form
2. An Speech Content

Font: 14-point Times New Roman, Line spacing: 20, Word count: approximately 600 wordss, and about 4 minutes. Please convey in the speech content your learning experiences and insights at NSYSU.

6. The graduate representatives must discuss the final performance with the organizer and participate in the rehearsal of the graduation ceremony.
7. Any change of the selected content is based on the latest announcements and notifications from the organizer
